Return & Replacement Policy

At Crimson, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. While it’s rare, there may be times when things don’t go as planned — a mix-up in design, an unexpected flaw, or transit damage. We understand, and we’re here to make it right.

To strengthen the trust you’ve placed in us, Crimson offers you the option to return or replace products under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging. The product must not be broken, washed, or tampered with in any way.

  • If your order included a free gift or promotional item, that item must also be returned along with the product.

  • All returned products will go through a quality check by the Crimson team before a refund or replacement is issued.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Please note: Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable, as these are third-party costs.
