If your order arrives with the wrong design, wrong size (different from what you selected), or any defect in print or fabric, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order details and clear photos of the issue, and our team will guide you through the refund or replacement process.
Once your request is verified and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your payment method or bank policies. If you choose a replacement instead, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
Crimson usually delivers orders within 5–7 business days across Bangladesh. For custom-designed items, delivery may take a little longer due to production time.
